THE ROLE
Our client is now seeking an experienced specialist Lease Extension Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team in Salisbury. The successful candidate will work unsupervised, handling a growing caseload of enfranchisement matters specialising in lease extensions. This is an excellent role for an experienced professional in a fast growing department who can hit the ground running and carry the firm forwards. THE CANDIDATE
You will;-
Be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ experience of lease extension work;
Be able to work unsupervised or with minimal supervision;
Have excellent organisational and communication skills;
Work well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative;
Have strong interpersonal and client care skills.
