The Firm
Our client is a progressive high street practice that is located in a very popular and easily accessible part of the West Midlands. With particular strengths in the immigration and family law fields, the practice takes pride in its reputation for providing high quality advice to its clients. This firm are now looking to recruit a Family Solicitor to add to their small and friendly team.
The Role
The position is a permanent role for a talented Family Solicitor to join the practice’s Birmingham office. The role may be part-time or full-time for the right candidate who can start immediately.
The Family Solicitor position will be handling an interesting and varied caseload of family law issues including divorce, finances, ancillary relief, private law children matters, pre-nuptial agreements, co-habitation and TOLATA applications. The role will involve training and supervising junior staff. The successful Family Solicitor will also be conducting their own advocacy.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor.
You must have at least 5 years’ PQE.
You will have solid experience in family law.
You must have a proven track record of strong billing figures.
You must be able to conduct your own advocacy.
