Highly unusual opportunity for a Conveyancer to join a technology based company as the In House expert on all things property! And to avoid fee earning and targets!

You will work closely with this growing business to ensure the business translates property related matters and information to the project managers and outside clients.

You will need to have worked as a Conveyancer to ensure you understand the patterns of workflow from start to end of process. You will be tasked with communicating any changes in property laws to the business to ensure systems and procedures are maintained to the highest of standards.

You will enjoy keeping in tune with up to date changes in legislation to ensure the business remains an oracle of all the property procedures.

You do not need to be technically savvy. But you do need to have an eye for detail and be able to identify and translate what the various changes in legislation will mean to the various project managers implementing the systems.

This is a unique role allowing you to use your property knowledge without the pressures associated with working in Private Practice.
