NQ-5yr PQE - Private Client Solicitor - Lancashire
Are you a newly qualified solicitor or private client solicitor with up to 5 years PQE working with experience of managing a caseload of private client matters?
This long established law firm whose offices is commutable from Blackburn, Preston, Bolton and Burnley are looking for a solicitor (newly qualified up to c5 yr PQE) with experience in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates, Trusts and Court of Protection.
The firms private client department is headed up by a STEP qualified solicitor who has extensive experience who will be a great mentor for a developing private client solicitor.
To be considered for this role, you must be experienced in handling the above matters and ideally have experience of using computerised systems, including case management, digital dictation and voice recognition. The firm may also consider a paralegal or legal executive with a strong background in handling private client matters.
The firm will offer a competitive salary depending on level of experience and are committed to training and developing successful solicitors.
