JOB TITLE: Share Plans Lawyer

PQE REQUIRED: 1-4 Years

LOCATION: London

SALARY: Excellent

 

THE ROLE:

This exceptional team are leading advisers on employee share plans and incentives. You will be working with a highly specialised team which is led by lawyers who are independently recognised experts in this field, with significant experience of advising clients on all aspects of their equity-based incentives and wider executive remuneration issues. You will be given the opportunity to work with the very best national and international clients and the chance to take on early responsibility and develop client relationships of your own.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

You will be a bright and enthusiastic individual who is driven to join a well respected team to broaden you knowledge and develop your career with some of the best legal minds in the business. You will have trained with a leading City or national practice, having worked within share plans or a transactional or advisory tax background and be between 1-4 years PQE. You will be a keen business developer and be willing to be involved in activities such as presenting to clients and contacts.
