Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking for a new role with real career progression?

This Legal 500 firm have a clear route to partnership for the right candidate.

Our Client are a Legal 500 & Chambers recommended firm in London. They have an excellent reputation for property work and are regarded as good employers. They are currently seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to compliment and head the existing team.

The role on offer will suit an experienced & technically competent individual. The firm are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor that has the appetite to lead a small team. They are very busy and have a caseload of quality transactions. They may consider applicants from Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives that have an equally strong background.   

If you are a Head of Department or Partner and may consider moving with a small team - you should also make contact as our client would like to discuss this opportunity. Senior Associates, perhaps with a blocked route to partnership should also apply.

The ideal Residential Property Head of Department will be able to demonstrate:

- At least 5 years PQE with top-end, high net worth properties

- Good client skills

- Previous supervisory experience is desirable
