Clinical Negligence Solicitor - London

I am delighted to be recruiting for a nationally recognised Law firm with offices across the country in cities such as London, Liverpool and Manchester.

They are looking for an experienced Personal Injury solicitor, preferably with experience in Clinical Negligence, to join their expanding London office.

The role will include:

- Clinical Negligence claimant work
- Management of own caseload
- Drafting of files and documents, proof reading and preparing schedules
- Drafting Witness statements
- Cost budgeting
- Delegation of work to junior fee earners
- Business development

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Clinical Negligence solicitor who has handled files from inception to completion. The development of professional networks is important, along with excellent client care and communication skills. The candidate must be able to work independently and prioritise work effectively.

Salary is dependent on experience and could be negotiable for the right candidate.
