Private Family Senior Solicitor/ Head of Department - Hove

QED Legal are currently working with a highly regarded High Street Law Firm based in the Sussex and Surrey market. This firm have multiple offices in the local market and provide a variety of services including Family Law, Conveyancing, Private Client, Medical Negligence and Injury Claims.

This position will be maintaining a caseload of Private Family Files including Cohabitation Agreements, Divorce, Children, Domestic Violence and Pre and Post Nuptial agreements as well as some Court of Protection. The successful candidate will be supporting a junior member of staff within their caseload and allowing them to help and support on more complex cases to aid in their growth.

Candidates will be managing the department across all offices and the firm offer existing clients as well as marketing and business development opportunities.

To be considered for this position candidates are required to be a qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor and to have a minimum of 5 years post qualified experience as well as wanting to be able to continue to develop and grow within their independent careers. In return this firm are offering a generous Basic Salary and an existing Bonus Structure as well as other benefits.
