JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer

PQE: At least 2 years experience

LOCATION: Carlisle, Cumbria

SALARY: Depending on skills and experience



An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer within a leading Cumbrian firm. The Residential Conveyancer's role will be varied advising on residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. The caseload will include dealing with all types of residential property matters including transfer of equity, shared ownership and lease extensions alongside more standard sales and purchases.



This genuinely exciting opportunity is open to Residential Conveyancers who have a demonstrable background in dealing with all types of residential property transactions. Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Lawyers with a minimum of 2 years experience in dealing with the whole conveyancing process from start to finish. Covering the broad spectrum of residential property law, the appointed Residential Property Lawyer will be advising on all issues related to residential property law such as transfer of equity, sales, purchases, shared ownership and lease extensions. On offer for the appointed Residential Conveyancer you will have exposure to a high quality caseload whilst working in a supportive and friendly environment.
