Property Litigation

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paralegal / CILEx to join a top tier Bristol law firm in a thriving department which offers career development and progression.

The Property Litigation department deals mostly with Legal Expenses insurance claims. The work areas covered include claims in trespass, breach of covenants claims, property damage and interference with easements. They also deal with a number of commercial property disputes such as leasehold renewals and dilapidation claims.

This is an outstanding opportunity to have close client contact and run litigated files in a hands on manner. Depending on the level of the candidate recruited, supervision will be provided as necessary.

The level of this role is relatively open at this stage and so senior Paralegals up to Chartered Executive will be considered. Salary will reflect experience and previous experience in Civil Litigation is essential, ideally with specific experience in Property Litigation relating to LEI claims.
