Legal PA

Our client, a medium-sized law firm in the heart of the City, is looking for an experienced Legal PA to support one of their high profile Partners in the Capital Markets group.  The role involves extensive complex documentation work including Offering Circulars and you will therefore require advanced Word skills and have at least 3 years' experience as a Legal PA with another law firm in London working for a Partner in Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Banking or Capital Markets.  They will also consider somebody with Document Production experience who would like to be a PA.

You will also require excellent interpersonal skills as you will be speaking to clients on a regular basis and you need to have a flexible, proactive approach as well as the ability to use your own initiative.  This is a busy, demanding  role and we are only able to consider applicants who meet all of the above requirements including exceptionally advanced Word skills.  Salary is £40-45k depending on experience.
