Professional Support Lawyer - PSL - Knowledge Management - London - Magic Circle

We are a preferred recruitment agent for this Magic Circle firm who has a superb roster of international banking clients and a market leading Knowledge Management function. They are seeking a magic circle trained banking and regulatory lawyer with at least 5 years post qualification with expertise in financial services regulatory matters. You will be up to date with the current market regulatory framework and be someone who enjoys working in a highly technical dynamic area.

Lawyers work at the highest level and this role is crucial in supporting them to deliver advice across, bank structuring, securities and derivatives regulation, marketing and selling restrictions, capital and liquidity requirements, clearing and settlement, custody and prime brokerage and recovery and resolution planning. Advice is generally international in focus. You will therefore be very familiar with dealing with the UK and European regulatory regimes. There will be interface across the firms global network including the US and Middle East.

Given the level of pqe required, this is a rare opportunity to break in to the PSL field in a challenging and diverse role. You must have superb academics, be interested in designing and implementing innovative know-how, training and education, BD and marketing products which are increasingly essential in the overall service delivery to clients. You will need to be confident and commercial and be able to work effectively as a team player.
