The Role: Residential Property Solicitor
Location: Kent
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000

Our client, a Legal 500 and Chambers UK ranked firm, based in Kent is proud to offer a wide range of legal services and expertise to individuals and businesses. This client focused firm are renowned for consistently providing high quality service by making the most of their highly trained staff. Due to continued success they are looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor to join their dedicated property team on a full time permanent basis.

This opportunity will allow the Residential Property Solicitor to thrive in a dynamic environment and run a full caseload of matters which will include but is not restricted to:

  • Acting on behalf of high net worth clients
  • Sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties
  • Shared equity purchases
  • Re-mortgages

Experience in agricultural matters would be desirable.

Applications for this Residential Property Solicitor role will be considered from qualified solicitors, ILEX or equivalent with at least 2 years' PQE who have dealt with agricultural matters as well as a wide variety of property matters. Ideally the successful Residential Property Solicitor will be technically sound and will be able to market and network effectively.
