High profile firm with a very strong reputation for their real estate department are looking to bolster their offering to their clients with the appointmnet of a Planning Law solicitor.

There is currently no Planning Law team here so you would be someone who is visible in the marketplace and has good connectivity. Any work in progress would be welcome however there are opportunities to work with the exisiting fantastic national client base where relationships have already been developed.

You will come from a recognised regional or national practice renowned for planning and real estate. You will have particular expertise in drafting and advising on complex Section 106 agreements and other statutory planning and highway agreements (including Section 278 and 38 agreements).

You will be looking to join a practice where you can make your mark and be the main point of contact in the team. Applications from partners seeking a new challenge will also be considered. It's very flexible. All options are on the table in the short , medium and long term.

Relocators will be considered however you must be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the area.
