Corporate/M&A Lawyer for client-facing role, 2-5PQE

This leading brokerage firm with offices in New York and London is seeking a Corporate/M&A Lawyer to join their small team in the City.  

The role will see you moving away from the transactional elements of life in a law firm and providing more opportunity to interface with clients.  The role will entail analysing M&A deals involving listed companies and providing detailed intelligence and analysis throughout the lifecycle of the deal to investors.  

You will have trained at a top City firm and will ideally have a minimum of 2 years' PQE in public M&A deals.  This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.  A strong interest in corporate and financial markets, particularly equities, is desirable.
