Asset Servicing, 5-7 years PQE

This leading custodian bank is looking for a lawyer to join its well-established Asset Servicing legal team in London.

This is a varied role working on custody, depositary services, fund accounting, fund administration, trade and post-trade matters and investment operations outsourcing as well as advising on a wide range of commercial matters. Previous custody experience is not necessary.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with financial services regulations (particularly CASS, FUND and COLL).  You will have a minimum of 5 years PQE and be either working in-house or at a top City firm.
