Our client is seeking a a lawyer to join their team of four to undertake a varied role dealing with legal and regulatory advice on advertising issues, working on advertising contracts as well as more general commercial, data protection and possibly commercial dispute matters.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working with an advertising agency and must have solid experience of advising on copyright, trade marks and passing-off in the context of advertising gained either from private practice or in-house.
Foreign qualified lawyers with the relevant experience will be considered for the position.
