BASINGSTOKE – Family – Childcare Solicitor / Lawyer

As exciting position for a Childcare Lawyer to join one of the South’s most reputable law firms.

The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone, ideally with Law Society Child Panel Membership, to join an experienced group of practitioners. You will have a commitment to the management of childcare matters, including child protection and adoption proceedings, where you will be acting for children, parents and other family members at all stages including emergency applications, case conferences, hearings and reviews. You will be involved with helping drive the department forward and build on their existing client base. 

The Candidate:
You will have an excellent knowledge of the full range of private childcare matters and will be able to undertake your own advocacy. You are a team player who enjoys to work collaboratively across the team.

As well as your technical abilities you will also need to be good at building relationships and be comfortable with business development.
