Conveyancing Administrator
Sheffield
Salary : £15,000
As a Conveyancing administrator working in their Property Department within a Top 500 Legal Firm, you will have responsibility for providing Legal Support to the team.
The conveyancing administrator will have excellent attention to detail as well as having a high degree of speed whilst ensuring accuracy is absolutely essential.
Duties will involve residential sale and purchase files, plot sales, dealing with files from instruction to completion and using the case management system.
In return, the firm will offer an excellent route for progression, competitive salary and a close-knit working environment.
Key skills
You should possess strong Excel and IT skills and have the ability to analyse large amounts of data, as well as having good organisational and communication skills.
You must be able to demonstrate that you are able to work to and meet deadlines, have the ability to prioritise your workload, whilst having an excellent eye for detail with a concern for quality and accuracy.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Administrator to move into a demanding role with excellent progression opportunities.
