Sports Law Solicitor
Our client operates at the top level of sports law for high profile players' associations, sports people, clubs and intermediaries on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters, both on a national and international platform.
This is a stand out opportunity for an ambitious sports law solicitor to work with recognised partners and associates from the legal and sporting worlds.
The work really is outstanding, as a solicitor in this team you will work with players' associations, sports people, clubs and intermediaries on a a wide range of sports law matters including regulatory, contractual, image rights and personal matters. The team acts on the whole scope of disputes including insolvency, helping individual sports people and particularly football insolvencies. Attracting work from significant clients you will be exposed to international and domestic work - litigation, arbitration and mediations in various courts and tribunals including FIFA, UEFA and the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
With at least two years' post qualification experience you will have gained an extensive knowledge of and strong experience in sport and football in particular and the legal and regulatory issues therein. You will have gained at least a 2:1 law degree with a strong drive and enthusiasm for sports law both on a contentious and non-contentious level.
