The work: This firm has an enviable regional, national and international client base advising on the full range of work, including advising on expanding sales networks through international agency and distribution networks, sales (both B2B and B2C), procurement of goods and services, outsourcing of non-core operations, joint venture exercises. With a solid pipeline of work coming through and a strategic plan to grow, backed up by strong profitability, our Client is now looking for an experienced commercial lawyer to further strengthen the team and help take them to the next level.
