Opportunity to join a leading consultancy delivering world class projects on a global scale.

You will join an established legal department providing legal advice on an expanding range of subjects. This role will suit a lawyer working in Non Contentious Construction either in a leading UK Law firm or in an In House capacity.

This role will expose you to some of the highest quality work available in a fast moving and challenging environment.

Some of the key responsibilities will include;

• Review of non standard terms and providing advice to the business.
• Negotiating with public and private sector clients
• Working with business managers ensuring legal terms compliance.
• Building relationships internally/building trust and enduring long terms partnerships.

We are looking for a lawyer with at least 5 years post qualified experience gained in a leading UK Private Practice or In House establishment. You will have strong company/commercial experience as well as extensive drafting and negotiating engineering or construction type contracts. Some exposure to IT, PFI and outsourcing contracts would be beneficial.
