Commercial Property Associate | International Law Firm
My client is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Associate to join its busy Real Estate team and take on some of the workload in its London office.
You would be joining an international firm with over 15 offices worldwide. It has rapidly expanded in recent years opening a number of new international offices as its revenues have steadily increased.
The Real Estate team are very highly regarded and also very profitable. Their clients include a large proportion of The Sunday Times 'Rich List' and also for a large number of the Top UK not-for-profit organisations.
Your role would be very varied and duties would include landlord and tenant occupier work, portfolio acquisitions and bank lending and re-financings.
To be considered for this Commercial Property role you must:
- Have strong academics with at least a 2.1 achieved in your degree
- Be a qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with at least 5 years PQE
- Be a keen business developer with experienced gained in a highly regarded Real Estate team
