The successful Solicitor will join an award winning team led by top ranked individuals recognised by the Legal 500 as leaders in their field. The team is renowned for its expertise acting on behalf of claimants in clinical negligence claims against doctors, surgeons and hospitals; including maximum severity such as cerebral palsy, birth trauma and brain injury, as well as acting on behalf of claimants at inquest. The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will manage a full and varied claimant caseload and maintain high levels of service delivery at all times.

Applications are invited from ambitious Clinical Negligence Solicitors and CILEX looking for solid professional development; working on a quality caseload while being guided by Associates and Partners who are considered to be leaders in their field. The team has opportunities at all levels, the successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor should be able to demonstrate upwards of 6 months' experience in either a claimant or defendant Clinical Negligence environment.
