International Private Client 1.5PQE+

Our client's award winning, international private client practice is looking for an additional associate, preferably with circa 2pqe, to work on a full range of private client trust and tax planning matters, with a significant offshore or international element. The private client team has a long standing reputation for advising international families, private banks, fiduciary groups and high net worth individuals on the full range of private client trust and tax planning matters, and has developed particular expertise in advising "new money" clients.

This role will suit a private client lawyer who is a "people person", a confident, personable communicator, with good experience of offshore and multi-jurisdictional tax, trust and estate planning gained within another recognised private client practice. This person will be looking to develop his/her career within an energetic, progressive and collegiate team that is widely recognised for its private client expertise both here and internationally. It would be beneficial if the successful candidate had already gained STEP or CIOT qualifications, although it is not essential, however the team would expect this person to have an interest in taking the appropriate exams. Additionally, experience of working with clients in the charities sector would be a bonus. There are plenty of opportunities for progression as well as international secondments for an ambitious person within this group.
