Outstanding opportunity for a first class, commercially minded Arbitration Partner to take over the reins as Head of Arbitration with an established and highly profitable office within the heart of the Middle East. 

Acting for a wide range of clients from City institutions and multi-national corporations to high end entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses, my clients firm has consistently excelled and achieved a superb reputation in litigation, arbitration and in dispute resolution. The firm has acted in cases worldwide involving both local and foreign laws and are regularly involved in arbitrations governed by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). 

Due to a succession gap within the firm, a rare opportunity has opened up to not only drive, but strategically develop the firms Arbitration practice in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

We are seeking a global name in the Arbitration world looking for a fertile platform from which to grow and develop their practice internationally. Naturally you will have a strong academic background and an enviable track record to boast. 

Prior international experience is by no means a prerequisite however those individuals familiar with the Middle East will naturally stand out. Prior experience in a similar role however is essential and only those previously holding partnership roles will be considered.
