In House Counsel (Real Estate)

We are currently representing an international real estate group who are seeking an experienced commercial property lawyer to assist their UK operations. The company has an impressive track record across projects in a range of sectors including industrial, retail and leisure.

This hire will be responsible for providing transactional and commercial support to the UK property team. You will provide legal advice on a range of property transactions, working closely with senior management and colleagues within the wider business.

This role is to be based in the Reading area however there is scope to be based in the London office for 2/3 days per week. The reason for the hire is to cover a period of maternity leave and is offered as a six month fixed term contract.
