Private Client Solicitor

Our client, a historic firm in Kent, prides itself on building relationships with their clients by providing first class professional advice to their Clients. This firm has grown significantly over the last decade which bears testament to the strength of their client relationships, which has generated the need to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join this busy office on a permanent basis.

This Private Client role entails the Private Client Solicitor to take on a full mixed value caseload which includes but is not restricted to:

• Wills
• Probate
• Estate and core fees planning
• Court of protection and power of attorney matters

The ideal candidate for this Private Client Solicitor role will be a qualified Private Client Solicitor, ILEX or those qualified by experience only with at least 2-5 years' PQE who has dealt with all aspects of Private Client matters. Experience in STEP would be appreciated but not essential for this position. The successful candidate will have an excellent client manner, a professional demeanour and a good technical competence in managing your own Private Client case load.
