Residential Property Solicitor

Considering recent success, this firm are recruiting a Residential Property Solicitor to join their Guildford office on a full-time, permanent basis.

Cultivating a supportive environment, this role will see the Residential Property Solicitor take on an active caseload of a variety of Residential Property matters that include, but is not limited to:

• Sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
• Transfer of equity
• Remortgage, all from initial instruction through to completion with the full time assistance of a secretary

Applications will be considered for this Residential Property Solicitor role by those candidates who are a qualified Residential Property Solicitor, or Legal Executive with upwards of 3 years' PQE*, who have experience in all Residential Property matters.
