I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm with offices in North Yorkshire and South Yorkshire.
They are looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their Dispute Resolution Unit in York who act for a number of national and regional clients across a range of industries.
The team deal with a wide variety of contentious commercial matters including contract litigation, professional negligence and shareholder and partnership disputes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigator to join a highly reputable firm. The firm offer a professional yet relaxed environment, with genuine progression opportunities and an attractive salary and benefits package.
This challenging role will be varied and a broad range of commercial litigation will be essential to provide the specialist expertise required from our commercial client base. You will be responsible for a full case load and will contribute to business development events.
