Role: Residential Conveyancing Locum
Location: West Yorkshire
Hourly Rate: Very Competitive Hourly Rate
Description
Well respected firm in Yorkshire is looking to recruit an experienced residential conveyancer to provide locum cover a maternity leave.
Applicants must be confident in handling a full caseload of conveyancing files, dealing with matters from inception to completion and post completion, including but not limited to:
- Sales and purchases – freehold and leasehold
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Plot sales and new builds
- Right to buy
- Shared ownership
Commencing in November this role is for a minimum of 9 months, offering an excellent hourly rate and secretarial support.
