Planning Lawyer

Our client a Local Authority based in London, is currently seeking a Planning Lawyer for an immediate start. The role will initially run for three months, however there is a strong likelihood for an extension.

The ideal Planning Lawyer candidate will have previous experience of working within a fast paced environment and  will have demonstrable experience of working on Section 106 agreements, regeneration projects and highways matters. The role will focus quite heavily on regeneration projects and therefore experience at this level is essential. You will be expected to hit the ground running without the need for supervision.
