Contracts Paralegal

Our client, a Local Authority based in London is seeking a Contracts Paralegal for three months initially with a strong likelhood of extension.

The successful Contracts Paralegal will be required to undertake the following tasks:

• Administrative duties for the commercial team
• Providing contract and procurement advice
• Providing case support to the Lawyers in the team including maintaining a database of matters
• Taking responsibilityy for the checking of documents for sealing

Previous Local Authority experience in a similar capacity is advantageous although not essential. Knowledge of procurment regulations would also be desirable.
