Right to Buy Paralegal (property)

We have recently been instructed on a number of Property Legal Assistant positions, largely dealing with right-to-buy matters with Local Authorities based in London. The roles are to start as soon as possible, and will run for an initial three month period with a strong likelihood for extension. 

The successful candidates will have substantial knowledge of property law, and will be responsible for carrying a full property caseload. The work will include advising on right-to-buy sales as well as by-back sales on behalf of the Local Authority. You will be required to carry a heavy caseload from the outset of up to 50 rights to buy matters at any one time. It is essential that you are able to hit the ground running from the outset due to the urgent nature of the role. Many of our councils currently have over 800 rights to buy applications that are under consideration, so you will be expected to work with minimal supervision.
