The firm has a number of partners currently conducting on-sore and off-shore trust related disputes work and the firm has identified a clear need and opportunity for a lateral partner to join and drive this area of practice forward.

There will be a clear need for a lateral to demonstrate a consistent and significant billing history as well as strong connections to the market generating current and future work in this area.

The remuneration available will equal or exceed that available in any practice and is entirely negotiable.
