Structured Debt/Securitisation/DCM PSL
Our client, a leading international firm, is looking to hire a Professional Support Lawyer to join their London-based practice.
The role will involve disseminating knowledge both within the firm and to external clients, answering technical legal queries on securitisations, debt capital markets and structured capital markets, and assisting with the preparing and delivering of training. In addition to this, you will work closely with partners, associates and the marketing team to help build the reputation of the firm.
The successful candidate will have an excellent academic history in addition to at least 3 years of strong Structured Debt, Debt Capital Markets or Securitisation experience (experience of just one of these areas is sufficient). They will have a good understanding of macroprudential regulation for financial institutions and be familiar with using legal research tools. Previous PSL experience is desirable but not essential.
