Corporate Professional Support Lawyer (flexible working)

My client, a Magic Circle firm is recruiting a Corporate PSL to join their busy Corporate team.

They are looking for a corporate lawyer to help drive the departments knowledge sharing as well as helping increase the groups presence in the market through BD related activities.

The aim of this role is to provide corporate practice support for the Corporate Group in the London office. Your responsibilities will include drafting and keeping standard forms and practice notes up to date, answering queries, designing and delivering corporate training, assisting with the newsletter and corporate know-how and assisting with other knowledge management functions from a corporate perspective.

The PSL will work with Partners, associates and junior lawyers in the corporate team. This position is suitable for someone with at least 3+ PQE with experience gained at a top/mid tier city firm. Suitable candidates must have gained good corporate experience at a firm recognised in the area and have an excellent academic record.

This is a an excellent opportunity for a mid-level corporate lawyer who is interested in taking a step away from a fee earning role or an existing PSL looking for a new challenge.
