Our client a Local Authority based in London, is currently recruiting for a Housing Litigation Lawyer on an ongoing locum basis.

 

The successful candidate will be expected to carry a caseload from the outset, that will comprise of the following matters:

  • Anti- Social behaviour
  • Disrepair
  • Possession claims
  • Tenancy fraud and
  • Nuisance

 

The successful  Housing Lawyer will also be required to attend court on an ad hoc basis and you will be expected to pick up a caseload from the outset. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their next challenge and looking to join a supportive and friendly team environment.  Our client is open to candidates from both the public and private sector and therefore all candidates with the required experience are encouraged to apply. Advocacy experience is key for this role as you will be expected to attend court.
