Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within an established and innovative team. You will handle a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated work covering high volume litigated credit hire cases.You will pro-actively handle claims to ensure delivery of a focused claims service; your duties will also involve liaising with Clients face-to-face and over the telephone and supporting marketing and business development activity within the team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally possess proven experience working within a similar role in a law firm however training will be given. You will ideally possess motor litigation experience and the desire and ability to progress and develop your knowledge. A highly flexible approach and the capability to work well and flourish within a team environment would also be advantageous. You will be working in a busy environment and will need to handle a heavy workload - therefore it is essential that you have excellent organisational skills and are capable of using your own initiative. In addition, you will be dealing with client telephone calls so a good telephone manner and the confidence to deal with a wide range of people will be important.
