Detailed Job Description

The firm wants to build upon its current success with SMEs and develop a Commercial department with your assistance and with full backing from the board.

The role will require you to undertake all aspects of Company Commercial work including company sales, acquisitions, investments, demergers, capital reductions etc. You will be responsible for the development of the department and your own caseload with minimal supervision

Candidate's Profile

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PQE* and be able to demonstrate sound knowledge and experience of all company commercial work, commercial awareness as well as maintaining good client relationships.
