In House Commercial Lawyer – Hitech Business – Flexible Working Considered
Our client is a world leader in its field going through continuous growth. As part of this growth the legal team now require an additional lawyer.
This is an exciting time to be part of a dynamic and forward thinking company. They seek a Commercial Solicitor with significant experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts. You will negotiate and advise on technology related agreements such as bespoke resale, B2B, consumer, marketing, software, master service agreements and purchasing. Knowledge of consumer protection law, data protection, competition law and intellectual property would also be of benefit but not essential.
You must be able to work autonomously but as part of their global legal team. Our client seeks a confident, robust and calm individual. You must have a strong academic background and professional training with a reputable law firm or business.
Our client is a flexible employer and will consider some home working.
