Housing and Regeneration Senior Associate

My client are an international firm, with a Real Estate team ranked in the UK's top 15, are seeking an experienced Real Estate lawyer to join their Housing and Regeneration team in Manchester.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a Real Estate Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience with; a proven ability to take on responsibility, manage and progress matters independently where appropriate, excellent technical skills, commercial awareness and a flexible 'can-do' attitude.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior associate that would like to specialise in development work acting for developers, social housing associations, local authorities and other public and private sector clients. There is also a genuine direct route to partnership.
