Personal Injury Solicitor - Litigated EL/PL - Greater Manchester

With good quality litigated work becoming increasingly difficult to find this is an excellent opportunity offering just that and at levels that won't be affected by the proposed small claims track limit rise.

The role will be to handle your own caseload of litigated defendant EL/PL personal injury work in a modern working environment with the latest case management software. There is an established team structure with supervision and a support from more experienced fee earners if needed.

This team handles exclusively litigated fast and multi track EL/PL work for a key insurer client. There has been significant growth in the team over the last 5 years and that trend is set to continue. You will join the team handling litigated high value fast track claims. Cases are all over £15000 in value and above the proposed new small claims track limit.

This is a perfect job for someone for a claimant personal injury solicitor with multi track experience wanting to move into defendant work, or for someone with defendant experience looking to move to a firm with realistic opportunities for future progression secure levels of work,

You will join a top 100 UK firm with a particular focus on insurance sector work. It is Legal 500 and Chambers recognised for its excellence in this area of work.

Part time (4 days per week) will be considered. Additionally there is the opportunity to work remotely 1-2 days per week.
