I am recruiting for an experienced Immigration Caseworker or Immigration  Solicitor to join a market leading Job Legal 500 ranked team within their busy immigration team in their Newcastle office.

With over 35 years’ experience their specialist team in Newcastle & South Shields is nationally recognised as a  top tier law firm that boasts an extensive list of testimonials for the quality work they deliver to clients throughout the country.

You will have a minimum 2 years’ experience working as an Immigration Solicitor or Senior Caseworker dealing with a wide range of personal and business immigration cases including challenging decisions thorough appeals, administrative review and judicial review. You will have the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Ideally you will be Level 2 accredited but this is not essential. 

Aside from a highly competitive salary they offer support with public transport costs, holiday’s entitlement from 27 days plus bank holidays and increase to 32 after the first two years’ service.  The firm also provides a company pension where contributions are matched up to 5%.
