We are currently representing a well established Law Firm who are looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Paralegal.

The candidate will be able to handle and assist with a variety of Clinical Negligence Cases and will need to correspond with clients and experts. They will also need to review cases, produce letters and documents on the case management system, review witness statements and reports from experts.

They will also need to liaise with senior solicitor¿s to devise a case plan, Ensure that all relevant information is obtained and noted on file, Update the client on the case plan and advise accordingly, Full review of witness statement¿s, Drafting a letter of approach to an appropriate medical expert to prepare preliminary reports, Instruct the appropriate medical expert to prepare preliminary reports and ensuring all relevant documentation is sent to the expert.

The ideal Candidate will have experience working in this area of Law, good organisation and time management skills, ability to complete given tasks within an acceptable timescale, while also working within any given deadlines. They will also need to have a professional and courteous manner to help with client care over the phone and face to face.

The salary they are looking to offer is £17,000 to £20,000, depending on experience.
