Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

They are currently recruiting for a Full Time Paralegal to work with the Residential Property Team in our Bristol Office.

The role will involve assisting and contributing to the Home Moving Team and main duties of the role will include:
- Dealing with all aspects of Conveyancing work;
- Dealing with the drafting and lodging of SDLT returns;
- Ordering searches;
- Drafting legal documents;
- Dealing with sales enquires;
- Land Registry applications and requisitions;
- Corresponding with clients and third parties to progress matters;
- Dealing with all matters (including financial) as required.

The role is open to candidates with a good understanding of residential Conveyancing matters. The role will expose you to a broad range of experience, offering autonomy, but the team will give you support to develop in the role and build on your knowledge and skills.
