Senior Clinical Negligence Litigator - Merseyside - £22-25K

We are currently representing a well established Law Firm who are looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Litigator.

The candidate will be able to assist with the Clinical Negligence Litigation Team, helping them draft witness statements, letters of claim, letters of instruction, instruction to the counsel and review client records.

The candidate should also draft court documents, progress files, assist two Senior Solicitors with the running of 50 litigated claims, communicating with the defendant and their representatives, liaise with clients, experts, counsel, defendants solicitors and representatives.

The ideal Candidate will have time management skills and need to have a professional and courteous manner to help with client care over the phone and face to face.

The Salary they are looking to offer is £22,000 to £25,000 depending on experience.
