A well-regarded national law firm in Nottingham seeks a Paralegal with Commercial Property knowledge to join their busy, expanding Real Estate team.

Duties and responsibilities
Providing support to the rest of this multi-disciplinary Commercial Property team in the capacity of a Paralegal.
Your duties will include handling enquiries from clients, producing and drafting documentation and handling a small caseload of transactions "from cradle to grave." You will also assist in the further development of the business and have the opportunity to advance your career as the practice continues to flourish.
Requirements
- At least 6 months' experience as a Paralegal within a Commercial Property team
- Experience using a case management system
- The candidate will ideally be studying towards a CILEx or CLC qualification, although this is not essential
