The Firm:
Our client, a highly reputable law firm based in Liverpool City Centre, is looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor to join their Commercial Property Department, due to the firm's notable and continued success.
The Role:
This is an excellent career opportunity and on a day to day basis this role will consist of handling a full caseload of Commercial Property matters from inception through to completion. This will involve handling the sales and purchase of both Leasehold and Freehold Property, secured lending and leasehold management.
The Successful Candidate:
The client currently has a number of positions available for solicitors with various amounts of experience. The salary for this position will be anywhere from £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 4 years PQE and will ideally possess a client following.
