Construction Lawyer - Commercial & Infrastructure

Your new company
You'll be joining a team of specialist lawyers providing high quality and commercially relevant legal advice to public, private and third sector organisations. Clients include central and local government, NHS commissioning and provider organisations, various housing associations and over 100 private sector companies.

Your new role
You'll join a highly experienced construction team, working on non-contentious matters for both public sector clients and private individuals. This is an opportunity for the right, commercially-focussed candidate to run day-to-day conduct of some significant client relationships.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have 5-9 years PQE and experience of working mainly on non-contentious matters. You'll be experienced in managing key client relationships, doing so in a practical and commercial manner. You'll have excellent drafting and legal analysis skills and be able to manage your own time and workload efficiently.
